Bedding for Space Camp Habitat Facilities

The U.S. Space & Rocket Center is seeking bids for the procurement of bunkbeds and mattresses for the Space Camp Habitats. The bid includes the supply of 240 bed frames and 480 mattresses. The bed frames must meet specific safety standards, including side guard rails and headboard and footboard on the top bunk. The mattresses must be hypoallergenic, waterproof, and bedbug resistant. • The bid must include a copy of a valid business license and a vendor W9 form. • The winning bidder will be required to furnish a notarized copy of the Alabama Vendor Disclosure form. • Sealed bids will be received until December 3rd, 2025, at 2:00 PM CST. • Electronic bids submitted via email will be accepted if received by the due date.
