USCGC HAMILTON TECHNICAL SERVICES TO REPAIR MICRO CPU

The United States Coast Guard (USCG) Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) is issuing a Notice of Intent to inform industry contractors of the Government's intent to Award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract to repair the micro CPU on the USCGC Hamilton. The contractor will provide technical services to repair the MICRONET CPU, including inspection, troubleshooting, and replacement with a newly reprogrammed CPU. The contractor will also provide all technical and proprietary data to troubleshoot and repair the CPU. The work will be performed on the USCGC Hamilton, and the contractor will make a single visit for 2 ten-hour travel days and 2 ten-hour work days. • The contractor will inspect and troubleshoot the MICRONET CPU (PN 5466-1035). • The contractor will replace the MICRONET CPU with a working one, including programming and uploading the appropriate software. • The contractor will provide all technical and proprietary data to troubleshoot and repair the CPU. • The contractor will deliver 2 MICRONET CPUs to the place of performance. • The contractor will provide a field report within 5 working days of the visit.
