MK 48 Torpedo Intermediate Maintenance Activity (IMA) Torpedo Maintenance and Support NAVSUBTORPFAC Yorktown, Virginia

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possess the capability to perform maintenance and associated support services for submarine launched Heavyweight Torpedoes (HWT) MK 48 MOD 6, MOD 6 Advanced Common Torpedo (ACOT), and MOD 7 Common Broadband Advanced Sonar System (CBASS) Warshot and Exercise variants. The work will be performed at Navy Submarine Torpedo Facility (NSTF) in Yorktown, VA. The requirement includes intermediate and progressive depot level maintenance and support services, quality assurance, training, facilities, test/handling equipment, environmental, supply/logistics, and information technology management. • The contract will be for a cost-plus-incentive-fee contract. • The level of effort hours and FTEs are provided for FYs 27-31. • The respondent must demonstrate the required level of technical expertise and ability to fulfill the requirements described in the notice. • Responses to this notice must be submitted via email and must be received no later than 5:00PM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on 5 March 2026.
