The Clark County Department of Aviation is seeking bids for the construction of a new Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF) facility at Harry Reid International Airport. The project includes demolition of the existing ARFF building, construction of a new ARFF facility, and miscellaneous site improvements. The project is subject to various federal provisions, including the Buy American Preference, Foreign Trade Restriction, and Davis Bacon.
