Description
The University of North Dakota is seeking qualified vendors to provide ongoing maintenance services for its athletic fields. The scope includes routine upkeep, turf care, irrigation management, and related field‑service activities required to keep the facilities in competitive condition. Full specifications will be provided through UND’s Jaggaer procurement portal after initial contact.
• Perform regular mowing, fertilization, aeration, and reseeding of natural‑grass fields.
• Maintain and repair irrigation systems, drainage, and field‑line markings.
• Provide seasonal equipment, pest control, and surface‑level inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
• Supply all labor, tools, and materials needed for ongoing field upkeep throughout the contract term.
• Coordinate with university athletics staff to schedule work around events and seasonal demands.
