Description
Howard Community College is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive landscape management services for its Dragon Athletic Complex. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price, one‑year base period with an option to renew for two additional years. The scope includes mowing, fertilization, aeration, overseeding, weed, insect and fungicide control, top‑dressing, sodding of goal mouths, line marking, edging, irrigation startup/winterization, field blanket installation, and routine maintenance of non‑playable turf areas. The contractor must supply all labor, equipment, materials, and a qualified sports‑turf manager with a horticulture degree and at least three years supervisory experience. Small‑business set‑aside applies (29% MBE goal). A pre‑bid conference is scheduled (optional) and all questions must be submitted by 10/16/2026. Bids are due electronically via Equity Hub’s Bid Locker by 11:00 a.m. on 11/04/2026.
