Description
The U.S. Embassy Nepal is seeking a contractor to provide mobile telecommunications services for a period of one base year and four option years. The contractor will be required to provide 555 SIM cards with varying amounts of data, local calls, SMS, and international calling and roaming services. The contractor must also provide a dedicated corporate account manager, 24/7 customer support, and a service center within 3 km of the embassy. The evaluation criteria include technical capability, price, and responsibility. The lowest priced, technically acceptable, and responsible offeror will be awarded the contract.
Key requirements include:
• 305 SIM cards with 30 GB monthly data, unlimited local calls, 500 SMS, international calling, and roaming services
• 40 SIM cards with 15 GB monthly data, 400 minutes local calls, 400 SMS, international calling, and roaming services
• 210 SIM cards with 5 GB monthly data, 250 minutes local calls, 250 SMS, international calling, and roaming services
• A dedicated corporate account manager who speaks fluent English and Nepali
• 24/7 customer support with emergency response within 24 hours
• A service center within 3 km of the embassy
• International roaming services
• A valid Nepal Telecommunications Authority (NTA) license
