Live Fire Training Building for Wilson Community College

The Wilson Community College is seeking a contractor for the construction of a Live Fire Training Building for the Fire and Rescue Training program. The project involves the construction of a linear three-story, four-Conex box burn building per design drawings. The scope of work includes stairwell leading to the 2nd story with vertical access from the 2nd floor through the 3rd floor roof access via a hinged lockable hatch on the roof, exterior and interior steps with steel Cee-channel stringers and grated tread, incorporation of a continuous ladder from the 2nd floor through the 3rd up to the roof, and all cleanup and permitting. Four Conex boxes will be provided by Wilson Community College. • The contractor will be responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy work environment. • The contractor will be required to provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and services to complete the project. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards. • The contractor will be required to provide proof of insurance and bonds as specified in the contract documents.
