Description
The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to repair the hangar roof at Scott AFB, IL. The existing modified bitumen roof has failed, resulting in water damage to the administrative office areas. The project will involve fully replacing the roof, as well as mold detection and remediation, and replacing finishes such as carpet and drywall. The government is accepting feedback on the proposed details of the solicitation and is anticipating issuing an Invitation for Bid using sealed bidding processes.
