Description
The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation is seeking bids for the rehabilitation of one home located in Sequoyah County. The work includes carpentry, paint, and finish, and must be completed within 15 working days. The successful bidder will be obligated to comply with Tribal rules and regulations and TERO. The bidder must also provide proof of TERO certification and comply with the Buy American provisions. The contract will be awarded to the lowest and most responsive bidder.
• The bidder must fully complete the Mandatory Bid Response sheet and the Work Write Up.
• The bidder must provide proof of TERO certification to receive preference.
• The bidder must comply with the Buy American provisions.
• The bidder must provide insurance certificates and comply with the insurance requirements.
• The bidder must comply with the Davis-Bacon Wage Rate requirements.
