Description
The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC) is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide on-call planning related services. The services required include Urban Design, Community Outreach, Public Relations, Land-Use Master Planning, Real Estate Marketing and Financial Feasibility Analysis, Fiscal/Economic Analysis, Economic Development Planning and Analysis, Transportation Planning and Modeling, Historic Preservation, Civil Engineering, Architectural Services, Virtual Reality Services, Talent/Artist/Programming Acquisition for Placemaking Events, Language Translation and Interpretation Services, and Professional Development.
• The contract will be an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity, task order contract.
• A virtual pre-proposal conference will be held on January 8, 2026, at 1:00 PM via Microsoft Teams.
• Interested offerors must RSVP to [email protected] to receive a link to the pre-proposal meeting.
• The due date for submissions is January 30, 2026, at 5:00 PM EST.
