J046--Reverse Osmosis Systems PM

This opportunity is for Reverse Osmosis Water System Maintenance Services at the Ann Arbor VA Medical Center in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The contractor will provide all necessary tools, parts, labor, supplies, materials, equipment, supervision, and transportation to perform preventive maintenance and non-routine emergency maintenance services. The services include evaluating system components, replacing consumable system components, generating field service reports, and recommending corrective actions for deficiencies. The contractor must also provide emergency telephone numbers and respond to callbacks within 8 hours. • The contractor must comply with original equipment manufacturer maintenance and operation instructions, ST108 Standard, AAMI Standard 79, and AAMI TIR 34:2014 recommendations. • The contractor must provide legible field service reports detailing the work performed, including work technician names, arrival and departure times, issues found, and any deviations from planned work. • The contractor must schedule service dates with Facilities Management two weeks in advance and coordinate with Sterile Processing Service to minimize operational impacts. • The contractor must comply with safety requirements and take necessary precautions to protect the lives and health of building occupants.
