Description
The Department of Revenue (REV) is seeking a new space in Lake City for a Child Support Program (CSP) office, a General Tax Administration (GTA) and Property Tax Oversight (PTO) office, or a co-located Service Center for CSP, GTA, and PTO. The selected Offeror will be responsible for design and construction costs, and must provide a detailed breakdown of Tenant Improvement (TI) costs. The lease term will be either 7 years with 10 one-year renewals or 10 years with 10 one-year renewals.
• The Offeror must provide a minimum of 9,210 usable square feet for a CSP office, 13,196 usable square feet for a GTA and PTO office, or 19,962 usable square feet for a co-located Service Center.
• The Offeror must provide a Full-Service (Gross) / Turn-key rental rate.
• The Offeror must comply with all specifications outlined in the ITN, including design and construction requirements, security requirements, and communication during the design and construction phase.
• The Offeror must provide a detailed TI breakdown, including all interior construction, data cabling, and furniture for the Premises.
• The Offeror must consult with the Department for an approved security vendor and system.
