Description
The West Michigan Academy of Arts and Academics is seeking a general contractor to provide design-build design and engineering for mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fire alarm systems and construction services for the project that includes renovations and improvements to the Pre-Kindergarten toilet room, new classroom exit door with stoop, and classroom casework, converting an interior office into a Pre-Kindergarten toilet and a unisex toilet room, and replacing Art room sinks, casework, and countertops. The project consists of two phases: pre-construction and construction. The successful bidder will be required to provide a bid surety bond, payment, labor, and material bonds, and certificates of insurance. The project is expected to start on June 11, 2026, and be substantially complete by August 21, 2026.
