Former City of North Las Vegas Hall Campus Demolition and Removal Project Phase I

The City of North Las Vegas is seeking bids for the demolition and removal of the former City Hall campus. The project involves clearing, demolishing, and removing buildings, parking lot features, landscaping, concrete, asphalt, and other elements. The work requires preparatory work, environmental abatement with the presence of lead, asbestos, and other hazardous materials, clearing, removing, coordinating with non-City owned Utility and permitting agencies, and associated appurtenances. The project must be completed within 120 consecutive calendar days from the date specified in the Notice-to-Proceed. • The estimated construction cost ranges from $8.7M to $9.0M. • A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on November 18, 2025, at 9 a.m. • Questions regarding the solicitation must be sent to Allan Fajardo via email prior to November 20, 2025. • Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and received by the City Clerk by 10:00 am on December 9, 2025.
