Description
Austin Peay State University is seeking vendors to provide integrated stage, sound, lighting, and video display services for a variety of campus events (e.g., convocation, home‑coming, outdoor stroll‑off). The contract will run for five years and may be awarded to multiple vendors on an event‑by‑event basis. Vendors must supply stages with skirting, full‑range audio reinforcement, static PAR lighting (including flown packages on ground‑supported towers), video display options (LED panels or projection), and qualified on‑site technicians, while maintaining firm pricing throughout the contract period.
• Provide square or rectangular stages (12‑16 ft dimensions) with skirting and optional ground‑supported towers for flown lighting.
• Deliver complete audio packages (2‑4 microphones, mixing console, speakers, engineer) and static multicolor lighting (≈20 PAR cans per event).
• Offer video display solutions (LED tiles or projector/screen) and supply an on‑site AV technician for each event.
• Submit hard‑copy and electronic bids by July 1 2026, include a Certificate of Insurance, and disclose any subcontractors for APSU approval.
