This solicitation seeks qualified contractors to install intersection lighting on multiple county highways throughout Itasca County, Minnesota. The work includes supplying and installing complete lighting systems, foundations, wiring, control equipment, and associated civil work, as well as traffic‑control devices and turf establishment required by the project specifications.
