Budget estimate

$1,200,000 – $1,500,000

The Engineer’s estimate for the project is $1,351,130, which serves as the base contract value. Assuming typical contractor markup and contingency, a realistic earned amount would range roughly between $1.2 million and $1.5 million. Factors influencing the final budget include the exact unit‑price bids submitted, any approved change orders, and the retention/release schedule.
