Description
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is seeking a sole source firm-fixed-price purchase order for QuidelOrtho maintenance and reagents for a VITROS 3600 system. The system is used by the Division of Viral Hepatitis Laboratory Branch at CDC. The required services include preventive maintenance, field application support, software and hardware updates, email and phone technical support, and repair or replacement of parts. The service agreement will cover all repairs, replacements, and labor incurred by instrument failures. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to extend.
• The contractor must provide all necessary maintenance and support for the VITROS 3600 system.
