Description
The Washtenaw Community College is seeking informal competitive quotes for the preventative maintenance of OE Building Low Voltage Switchgear. The project involves performing preventative maintenance on various electrical equipment, including panel boards, switchboards, and circuit breakers. The work must be conducted and completed on December 29th – December 30th. The proposal should include electrical switching labor to isolate the low voltage switchgear while it is being serviced and restore electrical power to the switchgear following the completion of the PM and testing each day.
• The quote should include all services and costs necessary to meet the business and technical requirements of the project.
• The quote should exclude all Federal, State, and Municipal Sales and Excise taxes.
• The vendor should include any educational discounts or rebates available.
• The vendor should comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and College laws, rules, and regulations.
