Project 24-01-2026 Romeo Community Schools Admin Parking Lot

The Romeo Community Schools is seeking bids for the construction of the Admin Parking Lot. The project includes site and paving work. Bidders are required to submit their proposals through Building Connected, and must include a bid security, OSHA Form 300, worker’s compensation Experience Modification Rate (EMR) factor, and other required information. The successful bidder will be required to enter into an agreement with Romeo Community Schools on the Agreement Form identified in the Project Manual. • The bid submission deadline is April 16, 2026, at 1:00 PM EST. • A pre-bid site visit and walkthrough is scheduled for April 8, 2026, at 1:00 PM. • The bid proposals will be evaluated by the CM, Owner, and Architect, with recommendation awards subsequently made by Romeo Community Schools’ Board of Education. • The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and Payment Bond. • Certificates of Insurance are required to be submitted through TradeTapp.
