REPAIR AND CALIBRATION OF SINGLE DENSITY 93000 ATE

The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for the repair and calibration of a Single Density 93000 ATE. The proposed contract action is for the supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, JAD Group Inc. The contract will be for a period of one year, from 17 Mar 2026 to 16 Mar 2027. The contractor will be required to provide maintenance services, including up to 8 parts exchanges, unlimited consumable parts replacement, 2 external calibrations per year, 1 on-site system repair service visit, and 6 hours of remote phone support. • The contractor must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). • The contractor must provide a completed copy of the representations and certifications at Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.212-3. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to cybersecurity, privacy, and employment. • The contractor must provide a plan of action and milestones to achieve a CMMC Status of Final if their current CMMC status is Conditional.
