Rock Creek Filter Project

The City of Corvallis is seeking a consultant to provide professional engineering services for the Rock Creek Filter Project. The project involves designing a new filter system and associated infrastructure to improve water quality, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance the resiliency of the City's water supply system. The consultant will provide a complete set of plans, specifications, cost estimates, and construction support services. The project is expected to start in December 2025 and be completed by December 2026. • Replace filter media that has reached the end of its useful life • Resurface the concrete interior of the existing filter structures • Replace aging pipe and backwash supply and waste pipes • Support City staff with stakeholder engagement and public involvement activities • Provide construction observation and site visits • Prepare record drawings and project closeout documents
