Description
This solicitation seeks an architecture/engineering (A/E) firm to provide ongoing environmental services for two closed landfills in Montgomery County, VA. The work includes groundwater and landfill‑gas monitoring, implementation of corrective‑action and monitoring plans, preparation of regulatory reports, and engineering support for system maintenance and upgrades. The contract is initially through 30 June 2027 with the possibility of up to four one‑year extensions.
