Description
The Commonwealth of Kentucky is seeking bids for exterior repairs at the CHR and Health Services Building in Frankfort, KY. The scope of work includes selective demolition and renovation of three exterior concrete stairs/ramps, site clearing, new concrete paving, stairs and ramp, new handrails and guardrails, and site restoration. The project requires bidders to follow The Secretary of the Interior Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties at Site A.
• The project involves working with high-performance concrete mix, additives, sealers, non-corrosive reinforcement, and proper design for drainage to increase the lifespan of the concrete stairs.
• Bidders must attend a site visit on 02/27/2026 at 9:00 A.M. Eastern Time to understand the project requirements.
• The bid submission is electronic, and bidders must register in the Commonwealth eProcurement System via the Vendor Self Service (VSS) System.
• The project requires the submission of an Official Bid Document and Bid Bond (if required) as a single combined attachment.
