Description
The Department of the Air Force is seeking quotations for the provision of Ballistic Vests. The required items include HyperConcealable HYPERLINE Level IIIA - Black Ballistic Vests in various sizes. The vests must meet the specifications outlined in Attachment 1 - Ballistic Vest Salient Characteristics. The contract will be awarded to the responsible quoter whose quote conforms to the solicitation and provides the best value to the Government. The evaluation criteria include quality (technical capability) and price.
