MWWTP Utility Water Piping & Valve Replacement (UN 1181)

The Charles County Government is seeking bids from qualified firms to replace and install utility water yard and tunnel piping, valves, hydrants, and appurtenances at the Mattawoman Wastewater Treatment Plant. The project includes replacing approximately 540 linear feet of exposed piping and 26 underground valves. The successful bidder will be required to complete the work within 250 consecutive calendar days after the start date specified in the Notice to Proceed. • The project requires the replacement of mechanical/plumbing piping systems in an active treatment plant. • The contractor must have experience in similar projects and demonstrate their capability to perform the work. • The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including prevailing wage requirements. • The contractor must provide insurance certificates and bonds as required by the contract.
