Brown Elementary and ECC Renovations

The Byron Center Public Schools is seeking bids for the Brown Elementary and ECC Renovations project. The project requires bidders to have at least five years of successful experience on work of this type and scope, a license where required, ample financial resources, and registration with Labor and Economic Opportunity for payroll submission. The bid security must be accompanied by a good and sufficient bid security or bid bond in an amount not less than 5% of the bid amount. The successful bidder will be required to secure performance, labor, and material bonds for all contracts exceeding $50,000. • The bid documents may be examined at Owen-Ames-Kimball Co. website and Builders Exchange plan rooms in Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Lansing, and Traverse City. • A construction pre-bid meeting will be held at Byron Center PS’s District Services Board Room on Monday, April 13, 2026, at 3:45pm local time. • Bids may be mailed to O-A-K's Operations Center, but faxed, emailed, or uploaded bids will not be accepted.
