Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) at the Federal Correctional Complex in Allenwood, PA, is seeking a qualified contractor to pump, dispose of, and annually power‑wash grease‑trap waste for six grease traps over a one‑year period (10/1/2026‑9/30/2027). The work includes:
• Pumping and proper disposal of one 10,000‑gal and one 2,500‑gal trap (Nov, Feb, May, Aug) and two 10,000‑gal traps (Dec, Apr, Aug).
• Annual power‑washing of all four traps.
• Visual inspection of tanks at each service visit with reporting of any damage.
• Compliance with Service Contract Act wage determination and BOP security requirements (background checks, inmate‑area safety).
• Submission of a complete, all‑inclusive electronic quote by 12:00 pm EST, Sept 30 2026.
The contract will be awarded to the “best value” offer based on technical capability, price, and past performance.
