Description
Gwinnett County is seeking a qualified contractor to provide “as‑needed” bypass pumping services for its water‑ and wastewater‑infrastructure, including treatment facilities, pump stations, and gravity sewers. The contractor must supply, install, operate, maintain, and remove all required equipment (diesel and electric pumps, generators, hoses, valves, etc.) and must be ready to respond within 24 hours for regular calls and within 2 hours for emergencies. Work is performed under individual Work Authorizations with a Not‑to‑Exceed pricing structure; the contract is a one‑year term beginning February 1 2027 with up to four optional one‑year renewals. The award will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid.
