Description
The United States Government is seeking to lease office space in Milwaukee, WI. The lease term will be 15 years, with a minimum of 31,017 to a maximum of 31,948 square feet of contiguous space. The space must be located in a modern quality building with a facade of stone, marble, brick, stainless steel, aluminum, or other permanent materials in good condition. The building must have a minimum of 28 surface/outside parking spaces reserved for the exclusive use of the Government. The lease will include a fully serviced lease with rent based on a proposed rental rate per rentable square foot. The Government requires that the space meet certain security requirements, including the installation of security countermeasures.
