Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide Veteran Town Hall Telecommunications Notifications for 11 VA Sites in Ohio, Indiana, and Michigan. The contractor will be responsible for providing pre-recorded robocalls, live calls, and post-event reports for Veteran Telephone Townhall events. The contractor must have the capability to dial out to thousands of pre-determined Veterans' phone numbers simultaneously and provide a service that allows for live calls, polling, and question screening. The contract has a base year and three option years, with a total period of performance of 48 months.
• The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to provide services.
• The contractor must comply with the Service Contract Labor Standards statute and the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938.
• The contractor must provide post-event reports via a secure website platform or encrypted email.
• The contractor must submit invoices in a timely manner for work performed.
