Request for Proposals - Farmers Market Landscaping

The City of Parkville is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the installation of landscaping at the Downtown Farmers Market site. The project includes installation of landscaping within parking islands, perimeter areas, and the lawn area south of the Market structure, as well as select hardscape elements such as a seating area, sidewalk, and limestone benches. The contractor will be responsible for preparing existing planting beds, furnishing and installing trees, shrubs, perennials, and groundcover, and providing and installing mulch and hardscape improvements. The contractor will also be responsible for watering and maintaining plantings during the initial establishment period.
