The Bureau of Reclamation is seeking commercial suppliers to provide high‑voltage transformer bushings and associated lead‑stud adapters for use in its Pacific Northwest facilities. The requirement includes four 115 kV O‑Plus dry transformer bushings (ABB/Hitachi Energy) and multiple copper‑based stud‑adapter assemblies (ABB/Thomas & Betts) in various part numbers (QAD, QAC, QAE). All items must be new, meet the specified design and material standards, and be delivered FOB destination to the Yakima Field Office within 30 days of award. This is a 100 % small‑business set‑aside (including HUBZone, SDVOSB, and WOSB) under a commercial products solicitation (IFB/RFQ style) but labeled as an RFP.
