Description
The Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES) seeks a contractor to deliver comprehensive instructional services for U.S. Marine Corps Reserve personnel on the operation, maintenance, and tactics of tactical small craft. Instructors will provide classroom and underway training at reserve training centers in Tampa, Florida, and Galveston, Texas, and support curriculum development, safety oversight, and reporting.
• Training focus on 9‑meter MMRC‑A and 35‑foot Expeditionary Littoral Craft, plus secondary craft (AASB, RIB, OWSC).
• Requires instructors with ≥ 8 years small‑boat experience, specific Navy instructor qualifications, ability to obtain a SECRET clearance, and US citizenship.
• Contractor must act as Range Safety Officer, develop/maintain training materials, submit monthly status reports, final reports, and travel reports within specified timelines.
