Resource Family Training and Support Services

The County of Fresno’s Department of Social Services is seeking qualified organizations to deliver comprehensive training and support services to resource families who care for children in the child‑welfare system. Services must be offered both in‑person and online, comply with DSS and California Department of Social Services directives, and cover curriculum development, facilitator delivery, ongoing technical assistance, and outcome reporting. The contract will require a detailed budget, staffing plan, and compliance with insurance and indirect‑cost policies. • Provide training modules (in‑person & virtual) aligned with RFA Written Directives Version 8. • Offer ongoing support (coachings, webinars, resource referrals) to resource families. • Develop and submit annual budgets, FTE allocations, and narrative justifications. • Maintain compliance with DSS, CDSS, and state insurance requirements. • Submit all proposals electronically via the Public Purchase system by Nov 4, 2026.
