BHS - Children & Youth Services Evidence Based Practices - Functional Family Therapy (FFP).

The County of San Joaquin’s Behavioral Health Services is seeking a qualified provider to deliver Functional Family Therapy (FFT) – a short‑term, evidence‑based, home‑based family counseling service – to Medi‑Cal eligible youth ages 11‑18 with serious mental illness or co‑occurring disorders. The contractor must be a certified Medi‑Cal organizational provider, possess licensed mental‑health clinicians, and be able to staff a team (minimum 1 LMFT/LCSW/LPCC supervisor and 3 clinicians) to serve families for up to 26 weeks per case. The contract will be a fee‑for‑service agreement negotiated on DHCS rates, with an initial term of up to three years (possible one‑year extension). Proposals are due Oct 26, 2026; questions must be submitted by Oct 5, 2026.
