Counseling Services for High-Risk Families

The County of Stanislaus is seeking a qualified provider to deliver comprehensive counseling services to high‑risk families involved in Family Reunification and Family Maintenance programs. Services include high‑risk individual/group counseling, domestic‑violence victim/offender programming, and evidence‑based parenting education, with required progress reporting, survey administration, and strict compliance with federal and state regulations. The contract runs for a 12‑month performance period (July 1 2027 – June 30 2028) and is funded with approximately $712 k in federal assistance. • Provide therapeutic interventions (anxiety, trauma, anger management, etc.) to an anticipated 245 counseling referrals, 96 DV referrals, and 214 parenting‑education referrals. • Deliver services in both English and Spanish, track client progress, and submit monthly attendance, engagement, and quarterly outcome reports per Exhibit D‑E. • Maintain required staffing (4.5 FTE clinicians, 0.75 FTE coordinator, 1 FTE clerical assistant), insurance, and compliance (WCAG 2.1 AA, E‑Verify, audit) throughout the contract.
