Description
The Washoe County Human Services Agency seeks licensed foster care providers to deliver Emergency Foster Care (EFC) services in home‑based, family‑style settings. Providers will place children ages 0‑18, sibling groups, and pregnant or parenting teen mothers with infants in private residences, with a preference for those able to accommodate three or more children concurrently. The contract is for a one‑year term (April 1 2022 – March 31 2023) with up to four optional one‑year renewals, subject to performance and funding. Funding may cover operating and staffing costs but cannot be used for capital improvements or congregate settings.
