Description
The County of Loudoun, Virginia is seeking licensed providers and sole proprietors to deliver Early Intervention Services (EIS) to infants and toddlers (0‑36 months) residing in the county. The contract will be awarded on a rolling basis, with multiple one‑year awards and up to four one‑year renewal options. Providers must supply a full suite of core services (developmental/infant education, OT, PT, speech‑language pathology) and may offer additional services such as counseling, nutrition, and vision. Services must be family‑centered, delivered in the child’s natural environment, and aligned with the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) and Virginia Part C regulations. The County will not consider locum tenens or unlicensed providers. Proposals are accepted continuously; initial proposals for contracts beginning May 1 2023 must be received by February 16 2023, 4:00 p.m. The award period runs May 1 2023 – April 30 2024, with potential renewals.
