Day Treatment Intensive (DTI) & Day Rehabilitation (DR) Services

The County of Stanislaus is soliciting qualified providers to deliver intensive, community‑based mental‑health services for Medi‑Cal‑eligible children and youth with severe emotional disturbance or co‑occurring disorders. The contractor will operate Day Rehabilitation (DR) and Day Treatment Intensive (DTI) programs, delivering structured therapeutic milieus, evidence‑based interventions, and family‑centered care across multiple sites in Stanislaus County. Services must meet staffing‑to‑client ratios, documentation, outcome‑measurement, and compliance requirements (HIPAA, DHCS, insurance, etc.) and will be funded up to $1 M for a 15‑month term. • Provide 4–6 hours per day, Monday‑Friday, of DR and DTI services (full‑day ≥ 4 hrs, half‑day 3‑4 hrs). • Maintain licensed clinical staff, meet staff‑to‑client ratios (1:10 for DR, 1:8 for DTI) and ensure at least one on‑site therapist capable of independent psychotherapy. • Deliver trauma‑informed, culturally responsive treatment, document all services in the County’s EHR, and report performance metrics (attendance, staffing coverage, outcomes).
