Behavioral Health Assessments and Outpatient Therapy Services for Ellis County Veterans Treatment Court

The Ellis County Behavioral Health Department is seeking licensed therapists to provide behavioral health assessments and outpatient therapy services for the Ellis County Veteran's Treatment Court. The selected applicants will be added to a pre-qualified pool of providers and will be utilized on an as-needed basis. The services will be provided face-to-face in Ellis County, unless otherwise approved. The applicants must meet all mandatory minimum qualification standards, including having an unrestricted license in the State of Texas as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. They must also have at least one year of experience working with Veterans and provide evidence-based treatment modalities for veterans with Post Traumatic Stress and other mental health disorders. • The applicants will be evaluated based on their qualifications, experience, and price/fee schedule. • The selected applicants will be required to submit monthly invoices for payment for services. • The applicants must provide proof of insurance credentialing for any private insurance providers with which they are credentialed. • The Ellis County Behavioral Health Department reserves the right to negotiate a written contract with the selected applicants. • The prices quoted in response to this RFP should be the full cost of assessments and therapeutic interventions.
