Description
The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) is seeking bids for a term contract to provide Asphalt Concrete, Bituminous Mixes, Equipment Rental, and Material Hauling services. The contract will be for a period of approximately one year, from the date of execution to February 28, 2027. The successful bidder will be required to provide materials and services in accordance with the current ODOT Construction & Material Specification Book (C&MS) at the time of award. The contract is set-aside exclusively for Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) bidders certified by the State of Ohio, Department of Administrative Services, and Equal Opportunity Division.
Some key aspects of the job include:
• Providing Asphalt Concrete, Bituminous Mixes, Labor rates, Material Hauling, and Equipment rental
• Ensuring all materials and services meet the requirements of the current ODOT Construction & Material Specification Book (C&MS)
• Complying with Ohio Prevailing Wage Laws
• Participating in the ODOT Cooperative Purchasing Program
• Ensuring non-discrimination in employment practices and compliance with federal regulations
