Mechanical Sweeper Truck - DOTD

The State of Louisiana, Office of State Procurement, is soliciting bids for the purchase of a Mechanical Sweeper Truck for the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD). The truck should meet the specifications outlined in Attachment B - DOTD Equipment Specification No. 256-850E, Rev. 11/10/2025. Bidders must be licensed by the Louisiana Motor Vehicle Commission and include a copy of a valid dealer's license with their bid. The bid price should include delivery of the truck to the specified location. • The bid should include all applicable taxes and fees. • The bidder must certify that they have not been suspended or debarred by the General Services Administration. • The bidder must comply with all federal and state laws and regulations. • The contract may be extended for up to 36 months. • The contractor must provide a warranty for the truck. • The contractor must comply with the provisions of the Clean Air Act and the Clean Water Act.
