On-Call Asphalt (Small Projects)

The City of Jonesboro is seeking bids for on-call asphalt services for small projects. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, hauling, equipment, mobilization, maintenance of traffic, and performing all work required for small volume jobs in the City of Jonesboro. The projects include parking lots, turning lanes, and other jobs that would require a paving machine. The contractor will be paid on a monthly basis, and the price shall remain in effect from April 1, 2026, to April 1, 2027. • The contractor must provide proof of liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance. • The contractor must begin work within 10 calendar days after the issuance of a work order and complete the work in a timely manner. • The City of Jonesboro reserves the right to accept, split, or reject any or all of any part of any bid received. • The contractor will be paid according to the attached schedule. • The contractor must follow the Standard Specifications for Highway Construction and the Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department's regulations.
