The Navy seeks a vendor to provide five 20‑ft and one 10‑ft CONEX containers for the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, along with required pad‑eye certifications and emergency‑repair point‑of‑contact rosters. The contract includes delivery, weekly inspection, repair/replacement response, and full documentation placed in waterproof cases on the containers, with electronic submission via WAWF.
• Deliver 5 × 20‑ft and 1 × 10‑ft CONEX boxes, fully assembled, watertight, and equipped with padeyes.
• Provide pad‑eye certification reports for each box on delivery and update them when boxes are replaced or certifications change.
• Submit and maintain an emergency‑repair personnel roster, updating any changes within one day.
• Perform 24‑hour on‑site technician response, 48‑hour repair, and 72‑hour replacement if needed; handle all freight and return logistics.
