Gwinnett County is seeking a vendor to supply archival‑grade storage boxes meeting strict size, strength, and packaging specifications, with inside‑building delivery to two county facilities. The contract will start on 22 January 2027, cover an estimated 8,000 boxes per year, and include up to four optional one‑year renewals. • Product: 15×12×10 in double‑wall, natural‑tan boxes, 65 lb capacity, stackable 5 high, shipped in bundles of 10 on shrink‑wrapped pallets.

• Volume: Approx. 6,000 boxes for Support Services and 2,000 boxes for Clerk of Courts, ordered in multiples of 10 throughout the year.
