Quality Assurance Services - Civil Works, Interagency and International Services (IIS), and Military Construction Projects in Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Caribbean District is seeking a contractor to provide Quality Assurance Services for Civil Works, International Interagency Services, and Military Construction in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The services will include assessment and monitoring of compliance with plans, specifications, and ancillary documents, quality assurance review of submittals, reports, plans, studies, technical documents, and any other construction. The contractor will also be responsible for construction inspection of dams, levees, and dikes, seepage cutoff walls, dike/embankment inspections, construction of berms, and other ancillary features. The contract will be for a period of one year with four option periods of twelve months each and one option period of six months. The total duration of the contract will not exceed five years and six months. • The contract will be a total small business set-aside, and only small business concerns are eligible to participate. • The solicitation will be issued in electronic format only and will be posted on the System for Award Management (SAM) website. • The contractor must be registered in SAM to be eligible to receive an award from this solicitation. • The IDIQ capacity for the contract is $35 million for the life of the contract, including any exercised options.
