Description
This solicitation seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive janitorial and custodial services for a multitude of government facilities throughout the St. Thomas and St. John districts of the U.S. Virgin Islands. The work includes daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi‑annual, and annual cleaning tasks, covering office spaces, restrooms, kitchens, conference rooms, lobby areas, and specialized facilities such as courthouses, correctional institutions, and health clinics. The contractor must supply all labor, equipment, chemicals, and supplies (except for paper products, hand soap, and some consumables provided by the government), adhere to EPA‑registered disinfectants, meet OSHA and local safety standards, and submit regular invoicing and performance reports. The contract runs through 30 September 2027 with a possible one‑year renewal, and the award will go to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
