International Asset Recovery (IAR)

The Department of Justice is seeking information regarding the availability and capability of qualified sources to perform international asset recovery support services. The services include investigative support, litigation support, expert witness services, and property management. The contractor will provide these services to support the DOJ's asset forfeiture program, which involves the recovery, evaluation, and repatriation of illicit assets to the U.S. for disposition. The contractor will work closely with the DOJ and other law enforcement agencies to perform these services. Some key responsibilities include: * Conducting investigative work, including detailed analysis of records * Providing litigation support services, such as records examination and financial analysis * Assisting in identifying, screening, and selecting foreign expert witnesses * Providing property management services, including storage, maintenance, and disposal of seized property * Coordinating with the DOJ and other agencies to ensure compliance with international laws and regulations The contractor will be required to provide these services worldwide, including in cases where assets are located outside the U.S. The contract will have a base period of 12 months with four 12-month option periods.
